How to relax your eyes using rose-water therapy

Being a Software Developer, most of my day's time involves constant gazing at the computer screen. Naturally, eyes are one of my most heavily taxed and stressed organs (perhaps second only to brain!). Necessity forces you to look around for inventions, and this need to relax my eyes at the end of a long day's work led me to the discovery of a wonderful method that instantly soothes the eyes and emits a wave of relaxation that permeates throughout the system - The rose-water therapy.

Applying this therapy is simplicity itself. All you have to do is:

[1] Take two cotton balls and spray them with lots of rose water.

[2] Lie down your body and relax.

[3] Close your eyes and place the cotton balls on each one as shown:

[4] Keep lying down for about 10-15 minutes and let your eyes and body relax in the process.

It could happen that your eyes might feel some slight burning sensation immediately after putting the cotton balls, but that is nothing but heat and stress leaving your body. Use this method at the end of a stressful day or whenever your eyes feel heavy or tired.
